Coping with stress and psoriasis

If you have suffered from stress and anxiety, then you will know that sometimes you experience a more physical reaction towards it. If you are stressed and anxious sometimes it is better to focus on taking a more spiritual route instead of making matters worse by focusing on the negative. You can meditate to clear the mind or practise yoga to de-stress your body, whatever works for you. Swimming can be helpful or simply getting some more fresh air can help reduce stress.
